Collaborate on an app project
Invite Editors and understand the difference between workspace membership and project access.
Project collaboration is configured inside the app editor. It is separate from workspace membership and from sharing a workspace document.
Invite a project collaborator
- Open the app's Project Settings.
- Find Project Collaboration.
- Enter the collaborator's email and send the invitation.
- Review the pending and accepted members shown in the panel.
This feature is shown when the account has the required access. The current project invitation flow adds Editors; it does not expose a working role-change control for switching invitees to Viewer.
Work together clearly
The editor includes collaborator presence and selection indicators. Use them to see who is working in the project and avoid making competing changes to the same screen.
Agree on the part of the app each person is editing, and check the final Preview together after changing data mappings or navigation. Presence does not replace testing the combined result.
Manage access deliberately
Review pending invitations and accepted members. Removing a member from the project is different from deleting the app or removing someone from the entire workspace. Check the intended scope before changing access.
