A Telegram Mini App is a web interface opened inside Telegram. Build the interface in AppStruct, publish the Web App, and configure your bot to open its HTTPS address.

Prepare the web journey

  1. Build a small working flow with visible in-app buttons.
  2. Connect the data actions and verify saved records in the backend.
  3. Add Telegram Action where the client-specific behavior is needed.
  4. Publish Web App and configure the bot's launch URL.
  5. Test the published app in each Telegram client you intend to support.

Available Telegram controls

The action settings include Get Current User, Show or Hide Main Button, Show or Hide Back Button, Show Alert, Show Confirm, Expand Viewport, Set Header Color, Set Background Color, Haptic Feedback, Close App, and Pay with Stars.

Showing a Telegram button is different from connecting the save or navigation behavior users expect. Keep an in-app control and check the actual result of the operation.

Identity and payments

Mapped profile fields are display data, not a trusted account session or a rule granting database access. A backend using Telegram identity must validate the raw launch data and enforce its own record permissions.

Pay with Stars exposes bot and invoice settings with success and error actions. Verify server-side payment confirmation, fulfillment, and duplicate handling before relying on it for access or sales.

Normal browser preview does not establish that Telegram-only actions will work. Test the final HTTPS URL inside Telegram.
